Prepare a Client Care enquiry before sending a piece. Eligibility and instructions depend on the product, its condition, the purchase details, and applicable consumer rights.

Eligibility

No universal return period or eligibility rule should be assumed. The information shown with the product and at the time of purchase is the relevant reference for a change-of-mind request.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by any store policy.

Item condition

  • Keep the piece unworn and protect it from marks, damage, fragrance, cosmetics, and alteration while a request is considered.
  • Retain included components and purchase information where available.
  • Do not send an item until return instructions have been provided.

Personalized and special pieces

Assessment and outcome

Any refund, exchange, repair, replacement, or other outcome depends on the assessment, the terms that applied to the purchase, and applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, processing by a bank or payment service may add time after it is initiated.

Incorrect, damaged, or potentially faulty items
