Preparation begins after an order has been accepted. Personalized pieces and items requiring additional checks may take longer than standard products.
Any timing shown for a product should be considered separately from the carrier's delivery estimate.
Destinations and charges
Delivery coverage, available services, and charges depend on the destination. If current information for your location is not shown, contact Client Care before ordering.
A free-delivery offer applies only when its threshold, destination, and exclusions are expressly stated.
Delivery estimates
Estimates begin after dispatch. Carrier conditions, customs review, weather, peak periods, and address issues can affect arrival.
Tracking and address details
- Check the recipient name and full delivery address before ordering.
- Where tracking is available, keep the dispatch reference until the parcel arrives.
- An address change may not be possible once preparation or carriage has begun.
- For a delayed, lost, or marked-delivered parcel, share the order and tracking references with Client Care.
Duties, taxes, and import charges
Cross-border deliveries may attract taxes, duties, brokerage, or other import charges depending on the destination and delivery arrangement.
Unless the order information expressly says otherwise, do not assume that import charges are included in the displayed product price.
Packaging and gifts
Packaging varies by product and destination. Gift presentation and message options apply only where they are shown with the selected piece.
